DNG offers a manual dry salting tank.

Salt is poured into the tank, and a salt screw conveyor transports it from the tank into a spout. The operator holds a handle and directs the spout to distribute salt over the product. The handle features a button that controls the screw conveyor. When the button is pressed, the conveyor moves the salt, which is then evenly spread over the product being processed.
