The product is fed onto the machine's conveyor belt, where it is precisely cut into strips or portions. The standard knife spacing is 15 mm, but interchangeable knife sets are available to accommodate different cutting widths based on production needs. This flexibility enables quick changeovers, minimizes machine downtime, and simplifies maintenance procedures.

The machine, which measures 200 cm in length and 120 cm in width, features a stainless steel electric motor. Its quick-tension belt system streamlines maintenance routines and makes cleaning operations more efficient.
