The DNG gutting line is designed for high throughput and excellent raw material handling.

The gutting line includes a built-in washing tank that thoroughly washes all fish after gutting.

A chute for entrails transports them to a conveyor where the liver and roe can be separated.

Each workstation on the gutting line features a height-adjustable platform, ensuring ergonomic working conditions for staff.

The gutting line is easy to clean, with air jacks that allow the entire line to be lifted out of the washing tank for better cleaning access. All conveyors are equipped with integrated cleaning nozzles.

Optional: pre-washing tanks / buffer tanks can be installed before the gutting line to pre-wash the fish.
