DNG Brine Systems are designed to produce brine for fish or shrimp processing. Tanks for other additives can also be connected to the brine system.

The system consists of a salt tank, a salt melting unit, a brine tank, and additional storage tanks if required.

The brine system is computer-controlled and various mixing recipes can be stored in the control system. It prepares brine according to the selected recipe and automatically delivers it to the designated location.
